Refund & Cancellation Policy
Authorization Hold — You Are Not Charged Up Front
When you submit your intake, we place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for your quoted total. You are only charged if a licensed provider approves your treatment plan. If you are not approved, the hold is released automatically and no charge is made; pending authorizations typically drop off your statement within a few business days.
When You May Cancel
You may cancel your order at no cost only if:
- Your prescription has not yet been approved, AND
- Your order has not been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment
Cancelling before approval releases the authorization hold — no charge is made. If a charge has already been captured but your order has not been sent to the pharmacy, a full refund will be issued, processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
When Sales Become Final (No Refunds)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL once:
- Your prescription has been approved by a licensed provider, AND
- The prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy for compounding/fulfillment
Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.
30-Day Order Finalization
Any order remaining active for more than 30 days from purchase will be considered fulfilled as a medical service, regardless of shipment status. No refunds will be issued after this period.
