Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

01

Overview

Southern Vitality and Weight Loss ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and health information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described here.

02

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address
  • Health information — the answers you provide in your medical intake questionnaire (height, weight, medical history, medications, allergies, and related details)
  • Identity verification — date of birth and, where required, government-issued identification
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment processor (see Section 6)

We also automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, and pages visited, used to operate and improve the website.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Allow a licensed provider to evaluate your eligibility for treatment
  • Process and fulfill approved prescriptions through our partner pharmacy
  • Communicate with you about your care, orders, and follow-ups
  • Process payments and, when applicable, issue refunds
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and medical record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal or health information.

04

Protected Health Information (HIPAA)

Your health information is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and handled in accordance with applicable HIPAA regulations.

Your PHI is only shared:

  • With licensed providers involved in your care
  • With partner pharmacies fulfilling your prescription
  • With service providers bound by confidentiality obligations
  • As required or permitted by law
05

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide our services, including with:

  • Licensed medical providers who review your intake and prescribe treatment
  • Partner pharmacies that compound and ship your medication
  • Payment processors that securely handle transactions
  • Shipping carriers that deliver your order
  • Advertising & analytics partners (such as Meta/Facebook) that receive limited website activity data to measure and improve our marketing — see Section 9
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal or health information, and we do not share your medical intake answers with advertisers.

06

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor.

  • We do not store your full card number on our servers
  • Card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection
  • Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy

When you submit your intake, a temporary authorization hold for your quoted total is placed on your payment method. You are only charged if a provider approves your treatment plan; if you are not eligible, the hold is released automatically and no charge is made.

07

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to PHI.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

08

Communication & SMS Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive SMS/text messages, emails, and phone calls related to your care, orders, follow-ups, and, where permitted, promotions.

  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us
  • Transactional messages necessary for your care may continue while you are an active patient
09

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar advertising tools to measure the performance of our advertising and to understand which visitors take actions such as starting an intake. These tools may collect device and browsing-activity data and share it with the advertising platform for measurement and optimization. We do not send your medical intake answers to these tools.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

10

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of certain information, subject to medical record-keeping laws
  • Opt out of marketing communications

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.

11
